The aim of West Cliffe School and Nursery is to provide a setting for all children without discrimination where they can live together in harmony.

All children who are admitted to the school or Nursery do so provided they can work within our system.

Places will be offered as follows: -

Parents and children are invited by appointment prior to the offer of a place to visit the school and arrange for further visits as necessary.

 

The individual nature of the Montessori curriculum means that children may begin their education at any time during the academic year however Children are required to attend for a minimum two full sessions each week.

Admissions

Payable in advance, on or before the first day of each month, by cheque or standing order (please ask for our bank details).  Next fee review is due in April 2017.

Fees are calculated over the year based on the nursery being open 47 weeks of the year and the fees are then divided by 12 months.

Terms 10% discount for second and subsequent children.

5% Uniform or NHS discount.

No reduction of fees or alternative days can be offered in cases of absence.

5% late payment charge applies to all fees paid after first day of month.

In the event of non-payment fees will be recovered through HMRC Small Claims Court and the registering parent will be liable for these costs on top of the fees accrued.

Notice Period One month’s notice in writing is required for the withdrawal of a child from the nursery/school or fees are payable in lieu of notice.
